Dr. James W. Horton is a native Oak Ridger and a graduate of the University of Kentucky School of Dentistry.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Second District Dental Society.  Dr. Horton has worked to establish the ease of electronic claims filing for the dental industry, helped to develop software used in dental offices, and was the first to send electronic attachments such as dental xrays electronically.
